As a Front-End Developer & Designer with our team, you will be poised to make an immediate impact and you will never be bored! 

How will you make an impact?  

In this role, you will help our creative team elevate our design and development quality. From leveraging new trends in design and technology to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, you’ll be part of a team that handles web development, UX/UI design, email programming, video production and everything in-between for our internal and external clients. 

Ultimately, by helping staffing companies present their content and jobs to earn employers and job seekers, your work will result in putting a lot of people into new careers! 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Designing custom sites, starter sites, and value sites (we offer three approaches) 
• Building WordPress sites using Elementor page builder, ensuring that client’s goals are met, and the end-result not only has perfect fit and finish, but also converts visitors to prospects and candidates 
• Optimizing site performance and ensuring sites are compliant  
• Developing WordPress themes and plugins, integrating APIs, and implementing marketing automation 
• Being a team player who is willing and able to step up to help others on the team with challenges, whether it be with web development, email programming, video production, design challenges, or other creative work – while modeling and living Haley Marketing’s core values. 

Minimum requirements  

• Advanced skills in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP. Elementor or other page builder experience a plus 
• Strong conceptual thinking – able to develop creative concepts to fit business goals – and exceed client expectations 
• Extraordinary organizational skills – being able to manage multiple client projects, organized work files, and manage time to keep organized and focused on priorities 
• Proven ability to complete production on time and within project budgets 
• Strong portfolio showing a variety of completed website and digital marketing initiatives 
• And team fit matters a LOT to us!
