Your Mission: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Handle and resolve customer support tickets with efficiency and empathy.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on new websites and marketing materials.
- Deliver training to clients and internal teams through live Zoom sessions and the creation of useful training materials.
- Oversee short-term SaaS projects and miscellaneous tasks, ensuring their successful and timely completion.
