How Will You Truly Make an Impact
- Analyze data from pay-per-click spend on job boards.
- Design campaigns to deliver applications from job candidates to staffing agencies.
- Optimize campaign strategies by applying rules to prevent runaway spend and to stimulate slow-moving advertisements.
- Create reports to share the awesome results we are producing!
- Use your knowledge to consult with clients on making the best data-driven decisions that help reach their business goals.
- Look for new tactics and suggest tactics for the continued development of our recruitment marketing services.
- Assist with other projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Digital Media Specialist (Programmatic) Minimum Requirements:
- Strong interest in data and familiarity with data analysis
- Proficient in Excel
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or managing client projects or relationships.
