Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to our clients and evaluate the client’s business challenges providing advice on how those clients can better use the products they have purchased.
- Make recommendations for other Haley Marketing services to address those challenges.
- Work closely with the Director of Account Management, Support, Project Managers, Sales, and Digital Marketing team to execute a coordinated effort for client communication and retention.
- De-escalate client situations by finding a resolution that meets our Rule of 3’s (is it good for the client, Haley Marketing, and the team?)
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience consistently meeting sales quotas
- Comfortable talking with people of all levels – front line staffing to CEO
- Deep marketing knowledge
- Strong writing and speaking skills with an ability to convey ideas in a direct, tactful, and persuasive manner
- Experience in the staffing industry
