We are on the hunt for a Customer Support Specialist who is:
- Excellent in Communication: Articulate and clear in both verbal and written forms, adept at understanding and responding to client queries and concerns.
- A Proficient Problem Solver: Skilled in identifying issues and generating effective solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Technologically Savvy: Comfortable with the latest technology, and able to leverage it to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
- Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding and prioritizing customer needs, ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

- Address and resolve customer support tickets with efficiency and empathy.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on new websites and marketing materials.
- Provide training to clients and internal teams, including live Zoom sessions and creating resourceful training materials.
- Manage short-term SaaS projects and miscellaneous tasks, ensuring successful and timely completion.
